Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Once the payment verified, the order cannot be canceled or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing Time
We will process your order once confirmed payment and verify our stock status. During the Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. It takes 1 business day to process your order.
Then we ship your package by USPS First Class or UPS Ground, according to your location distance to our nearest warehouse in the state. So we can make sure your package will be delivery at the fastest we can. It will take 2-4 business days to most cities in the US. You can track your shipment on http://www.usps.com or http://www.usps.com. The tracking number will usually be listed on these sites 1 to 2 days after we ship your products.
Limited Service
We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada at this time. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA. Thank you for your understandings.
